About Us
FS Audit Services was formed in 2009 by Mark Endersby. It was born from conversations at the ABFA conference where several invoice finance providers expressed an interest in using a good quality third party audit service for periodic audits and pre lend surveys.
Mark qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen’s in 1992. He went on to specialise in both audit and corporate recovery.
From there Mark has had various FD roles within SME’s – many of which were users of invoice finance.
Mark became actively involved in the invoice finance industry in 2006 and went on to start FS Audit Services in 2009.
With experience as a qualified auditor and corporate recovery expert and the knowledge of an FD using an invoice finance facility Mark brings a unique blend of experience.
This experience allows FS Audit Services to bring a unique viewpoint to invoice finance audits and pre lend surveys.
