FS Audit Services aims to provide a responsive service that will result in good quality reports being delivered in a timely fashion.

We want to make your life as simple as we can.

We focus on:

Communication – it is key that the client/prospect is aware of when the audit/survey will take place and what will be required. We maintain open dialogue with you as a lender so that any issues are highlighted early and we are available to discuss the report after it has been submitted.

Report Format – we will use your own report templates. We understand this saves you time internally when using a format that staff are comfortable with.

Speed of Delivery – we understand that in some instances time is of the essence. We will aim to get an auditor on site to meet your timescales and the report will be with you as a matter of urgency. If you are a fast moving lender and that is one of your USP’s we want to help you maintain the competitive advantage.
